Jonathan Adler store in West Village

I stopped by one of my favorites, Jonathan Adler, that I've featured a few items before on my blog that were great additions to any event. Love the turquoise desk with the white pouf in the window. Love the classic letter pillows, greek key plates and bowls and the Carnaby Patterned vase and tray (yellow and gray of course)! The store is full of many fabulous finds for entertaining and home decor.

A must see - Eataly NYC

I’ve heard a lot about Mario Batali’s collaboration, Eataly, so my last trip to New York I wanted to check it out and it was more than I expected. And they say it best “It’s more than a supermarket with restaurants. It is an energetic marketplace, an opportunity to taste and take home the products of artisans.” We had a glass of wine at Il Pesce while we waiting for our table in the rooftop beer garden. Eataly includes seven restaurants focusing on the different markets—vegetables, pizza, pasta, meat and seafood within the marketplace where you can also shop for fresh pasta, cheese, meats, etc. It’s amazing the hustle and bustle of people eating and drinking, buying groceries, cookbooks, utensils, etc.
