"TIPS FOR SUMMER GRILLING" COOKING CLASS City Fish Market, Boca Raton

On Sunday, June 14th from 2-4 p.m. local foodies enjoyed the "Tips for Summer Grilling" cooking class at City Fish Market. This class featured four cooking demonstrations with tastings, each with a featured wine pairing from City Fish Market's sommelier.

The four dishes that were demonstrated and tasted are Short Smoked Salmon with Mango Papaya Salsa, Whole Grilled Pompano or Yellowtail Snapper (Depending on Availability), Grilled Bacon Wrapped Prawns with Guajillo BBQ Sauce and Togarashi Spiced Tuna with Passionfruit Ponzu. Grilling tips that were covered include cleaning the grill, the use of sprays, grilling tools, resting of proteins and more.

City Fish Market is located at 7940 Glades Road, three miles west of I-95 in Boca Raton just east of the Florida Turnpike.

Testimonial from attendee:

"I Loved the Fish Grilling class at City Fish market. The meals were easy to prepare, delicious, and the staff provided easy to read recipes and other goodies to take home. The staff at City Fish market takes great pride in their food and wine and they were able to share their expert knowledge with the class. I recommend this event for anyone looking to add a few new recipes to their repertoire."
