Raising the “Barre” in Fitness…the Ballet Barre that is!

The Ballet Barre sculpting method is the latest craze among celebrities and fitness fans in cities like New York, Chicago and LA. Ballet-inspired workouts were recently featured in an October issue of US Weekly magazine. The technique is now available in an upgraded format at Fitness Re-defined in Jupiter.

Owner, Marissa Lysaght, a nationally-certified personal trainer and former ballet dancer, is thrilled to introduce the amazing sculpting benefits of the Barre class infused with the metabolism-boosting results of Fitness Re-defined’s signature interval training method.

The technique alternates deep muscle isometric exercises with stretching and cardio moves to build lean, Ballerina-like muscles without bulk. One of the best features of this effective technique is that it is time-efficient at only 30 minutes per session.

To learn more about this new class, the Barre Re-designed, and/or Fitness Re-defined’s other signature classes please contact Marissa Lysaght, 561-353-8343, marissa@fitnessredefined.com.
