New Year's Eve Tablescape Featured in The Party Dress Magazine

New Year's Eve is all about the glitz, glam and champagne, so I knew just how I wanted to translate this theme to the tabletop.

Palm Beach Parties created a pink, gold and white invitation to set the tone and a dinner menu that matched. For the centerpieces, I used a light pink and white chevron charger from Four Bugs in a Rug. I mixed gold mercury glass candlesticks from Michael's and added a few hydrangeas in votives. White square plates atop gold square chargers were used with assorted wine and champagne glasses from Tentlogix. To bring in the classic New Year's Eve theme, I incorporated gold party horns from Party City and more than 30 balloons above the table. To add a little more glitz and glam, I made some DIY gold sequin napkins.

For the midnight toast there was rose champagne with various sayings on drink stirrers by Heathoriginal and confetti packets to toss from The Flair Exchange. The backdrop of the dessert table was very popular tassel garland by The Flair Exchange. Southern Belle's Cakery created cupcakes with 2013 in fondant and countdown cake pops.
