Aran Goyoaga, a Basque ex-pat living in the US since 1998, created Cannelle Et Vanille, her blank canvas for creating anything and everything sweet that comes from her heart. Why the name Cannelle Et Vanille? Because those are the smells and tastes of her childhood and this blog is very much filled with nostalgia.
Her recipes are all gluten-free after realizing she had a gluten sensitivity. She is the mother of a boy and a girl who keep her busy and a freelance food writer, stylist and photographer in South Florida . This blog is her journal of recipes, travels and life stories.
